90 minute In-Depth Hypnotherapy

Service Description

Hypnosis is not like talk therapy. Our focus is looking forward, and creating an internal map for progress and success in your life. After you sign on, we will have some conversation about what you'd like to achieve. Then you will be guided step-by-step to deeply relax your body and mind into a state of hypnotic trance. Many people say this feels akin to a deep state of meditation (but because we are here to guide you, you can easily do it — even if you have never meditated). While in hypnosis, your unconscious mind will be open and receptive to suggestions for your health and well-being while the rest of you experiences deep rest and relaxation. You will need a good internet connection, a device that allows you to be hands free, a private undisturbed space with good lighting. This session is intended to begin the process of profound transformation. Many clients are able to progress quickly with hypnosis and can accomplish their goals with just a few sessions.
