How would your life change if you were able to have an experience of feeling fully supported, cared for, seen and valued? Join me in this session to find out for yourself! You'll also take away a personalized practice for deep self care. This is the foundational work of Heart's Ease Center, and we are so happy to share it with you! You can book this session to receive personalized hypnosis, breathwork or somatic therapy. Most of my sessions take place via Zoom, where you will be able to do this work in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I also see community clients in Valparaiso Indiana on Sundays.
