Service Description

This session is a personalized approach to helping your mind and body get the deep rest you deserve, both during the day and night. After you sign on, we will have some conversation about your current state and what you'd like to achieve. Then you will be guided step-by-step to deeply relax your body and mind into a state of hypnotic trance. Many people say this feels akin to a deep state of meditation (but because we are here to guide you, you can easily do it — even if you have never meditated). While in hypnosis, your powerful unconscious mind will be open and receptive to suggestions for your health and well-being while the rest of you experiences deep rest and relaxation. Your body is meant to rest and sleep; together we can help your body find its way back to this natural, restorative state.
